Fully trained in multiple treatment approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programing, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and with certification as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Informed clinician, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified in Mindfulness Awareness, Sara helps adults, late teens, couples, and families to find solutions to better regulate their emotions, language, belief system, and perceptions of life challenges.
